A home had a mechanical failure in a small appliance in their basement that resulted in it smoldering all day long, and wasn't found until the home owner got home after work. Confusion and misunderstanding surround the topic of mold and mold remediation. Some restoration businesses even make claims to remove all mold from a building. This is a fallacy. This is a picture from a commercial loss building that was wondering why their employees felt sick. Mold was being pumped along with the air all throughout their building which in-turn their employees were breathing.

This home owner called us for a simple water damage but it turned out that they had more growing in the crawl space. We were able to mitigate their loss quickly so mold would not spread to other parts of the crawl space.

This is what we found when we arrived to an apartment complex to find that they have had a roof leak for some time. We had to remove all of the drywall and found that they have been having a leaky roof for quite some time.

SERVPRO was dispatched to a job this past week to a fire. This fire ended up being a total loss but our crew still had many tasks to do on this jobsite before the home is taken down.

The crew performed an inventory list of all items in the house whether salvageable or not. This list includes all items from silverware to furniture and so much more.
