Why SERVPRO when it comes to apartment cleanup!

In these pictures we were hired to clean an apartment that had had 2 cats abandoned by the tenants, the cats made quite a mess. We removed the carpet and pad, the baseboards and door trim. The floors were treated with an antimicrobial sanitizer and steam cleaned. We then sealed the walls and floors to minimize any residual odors. Finally, we ran an ozone treatment. The apartment now smells much better and is safe for the maintenance department to prepare it for a future tenant. The property manager of the complex was very happy with the results and the quick turnover time so that the apartment was able to be rented without much delay.
