Flood waters from heavy rains entered this warehouse in August 2017.  The entire warehouse was 33,000 square feet.  After an initial inspection and walk through with the warehouse manager, our crew determined that 23,940 square feet were affected by the water damage.  

In addition to the damage in the warehouse, several of the interior offices and the employee break room were also wet.  Our crews extracted the flood water.  Some carpet, baseboards, drywall and insulation had to be removed from some of the offices.  All affected areas were treated with an antimicrobial and drying equipment was set up.  

Some boxes in the warehouse and their contents had to be thrown away due to the water damage.  Fortunately, most inventory was placed on shelves or wood pallets and wasn't impacted by the water damage.
