Why SERVPRO when it comes to mold in Elkhart!

This set of photos shows mold growth that was on drywall behind the baseboard trim. The home had suffered water damage from a faulty roof. We were called in several days after the initial water damage took place. There was still a significant amount of wet materials throughout the home. We decided that based on the amount of time that had passed and the amount of visible mold to remove all the wet and moldy drywall throughout the worst affected rooms. After all the affected materials were removed we then followed up with an anti-microbial product and thoroughly dried the structure of the home.
