Why SERVPRO when it comes to mold in your apartment!

We were hired by a local apartment complex to clean an apartment that the tenants had abandoned 2 cats when they moved out. The cats made quite the mess. We removed carpet and pad, baseboard trim and door trim. We then sanitized and steam cleaned all the concrete floors. After cleaning we sealed the wall and floors to help eliminate any residual odors. Finally, we ozoned the apartment for an appropriate amount of time. The complex was very happy to have the apartment completed in a timely fashion and safe for the maintenance crew to get the apartment ready for the next occupants.
